Any processing or delivery timeframe shown on the website or provided by a carrier is an estimate only and is not guaranteed unless expressly stated during checkout.

3. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may be delayed, returned, or undeliverable, and additional costs may apply.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible; we will make reasonable efforts to correct it before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.

4. Delays

Delays may occur due to carrier handling, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of JRM Restore. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed where a delay is known to us.

5. Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when it is available for your shipment. Tracking updates are generated by the carrier and may not update immediately after dispatch.

6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Problem Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or you experience a significant delivery problem, contact support promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where relevant. Claims are reviewed individually, as described in the Refund & Return Policy.
