3. Purchaser Responsibility

Purchasers are solely responsible for determining whether their purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, and disposal of any product complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as any institutional policies that apply to them.

JRM Restore makes no representation that any particular product is lawful for any particular purchaser or in any particular jurisdiction. If you are unsure, do not order.

JRM Restore makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, specifications, pricing, and availability. Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may nonetheless occur.

JRM Restore reserves the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders where reasonably necessary, and discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by JRM Restore. An order may be accepted, declined, or canceled where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, incorrect pricing, shipping restrictions, or legal and compliance concerns.

Where an order is canceled after payment has been captured, the amount charged for the canceled items will be refunded through the original payment method.

Products may not be purchased from JRM Restore for human or animal consumption, and may not be resold, relabeled, or redistributed for any purpose other than laboratory research.

JRM Restore does not provide, and this website will not contain, instructions for injection, administration, human dosing, treatment protocols, or similar uses. Requests for such information will not be answered.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JRM Restore and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of this website or any product purchased through it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of JRM Restore arising out of or relating to any order will not exceed the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim.
